I see you have found the Puffle Emergency Gym, mate. Here ya can get ya'r Puffles' power back if it is zero. It's important to make sure your Puffle has a good amount of Puffle Power, mate, 'cause it makes it more likely to get diseases and bad events.
Prices:
Red & Black Puffle: 50 Points
All Other Puffles: 45 Points
Post a reply here if your Puffle has zero power, and an admin will deduct the amount of points and restore your Puffle to level 2 power.
