OWNERS: Updated to phpBB3!
Dear users,
Our forums have now been updated to phpBB3! This involves in a new style that opens us up to more choices. Later on, we will make those choices. One of the things this update has done is fixed the icons. Remember that NO MEMBERS are to use any of these icons besides the solved and work in progress one if the member is making a tool for us, and only admins and site owners are aloud to use the blue one.
